The pool and beach were nice, with plenty of lounge chairs available. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the location was great for exploring the area. Plus, the Easter decorations were a nice touch and made the hotel feel festive.
The hotel was extremely noisy at night, making it difficult to sleep. the breakfast was also disappointing, with limited options and low quality food.

This was suppose to be a 4-5 star! I wouldnt give this a 3 star in Australian Standards. When we got there we were told the pool was being rennovated- so no pool. There were electrical cords running through the hallways of our level. The breakfast was poor. Then after coming home from a wedding at 2am and in desperate need of a shower- there was no water! We had to wait till the next day. We ended up checking out and going somewhere else. Definately don't reccommend this hotel!

Convenient location for reaching the airport, just 25 km away. I'd definitely suggest it to others. Plus, there's free parking available! 🚗

The renovated rooms, pool, and rooftop cafe; great location near teleferic, supermarkets, cafes. Hassaan and Elie on the front desk.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

Clean bed & bathroom, comfortable, friendly helpful staff, good location not far from most of the tourist sites & Beirut as well. Me & my 11 years daughter realy enjoyed staying at Rivoli Palace hotel.
Since some of the hotel facilities are under construction it cannot be judged.

The stuff very friendly and the service very good and location very good I like it.
The stuff in the Rivoli Palace need more experience there is no swimming pool the electricity cuts more than 10 times during the day. i think at this time the rate of hotel 3 stars not 4.

I had an amazing stay with stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel's new renovations really made a difference, especially with the updated rooms and rooftop cafe. The location was perfect, with easy access to the teleferic, supermarkets, cafes, and plenty of restaurants. The staff, especially Mr. Hassaan and Elie at the front desk, were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Smiley staff, reasonable room price, close to the beach, sea View rooms, close to Jounieh shopping area, close to to all restaurants and pubs, They offered me free upgrade to sea view room in the 07th floor.
Rooms still need some finishing but we can say that the stay was good for a vacation.

The location is fantastic, with plenty of supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance. The sea view from the hotel is absolutely stunning and provides a relaxing atmosphere.
I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

You are close to the sea and resturants.
This hotel is maximum a two stars. Needs a lot of renivation and fixing. The pictures is much nicer than the real thing.

The location of the hotel is ideal, with easy access to popular attractions and amenities such as supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants. the view from some of the rooms, like the deluxe room with sea view, is breathtaking. the rooms are clean and cozy, providing a comfortable stay. the staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring that guests have a pleasant experience.
The hotel is located in a rough neighborhood, which may not be suitable for everyone's preference.
